 All cancellations will be treated to our cancellation policy, as given below:
o 30 + Days before arrival: 100% refund
o 30 – 8 Days before arrival: 70% refund
o 7 - 1 days before arrival, and on the day of arrival: 40% refund
 Vehicle Concept:
A Skoda RAPID will be utilized for 1 and 2 persons. A Mahindra SCORPIO will be utilized for 3-4
persons. A Toyota HIACE will be used for groups of 5-11 persons.
 Room Concept:
Guests will be accommodated on single rooms, for 1 persons.
For groups of 2 and larger, guests will be accommodated on double / twin sharing and triple sharing
basis.
 Hotel Concept:
In case the hotels mentioned have insufficient room availability at the time of booking, the guests
will be reverted to the next Royal Himalayan Safari’s partner hotel(s) of the similar standard.
 Rate Guarantee
The clients will have to place the booking at least 30 days prior to the day of arrival. If the booking
is done any later, discrepancies in the costs and the tour specifics may occur.

EXTRA OPTIONS:

1. Everest View Mountain Flight @ USD 190 per person

This 50-minutes’ flight will take you to the eastern portion of the Nepalese Himalaya, where you
will be able to view some of the highest mountains in the world like Everest, Lhotse, Cho Oyu and
Amadablam, alongside various other 7000 meters + giants. On a twin otter optimized for mountain
viewing, you will witness amazing views of the Himalaya.
Starts from: Tribhuvan Intl. Airport, Kathmandu
Ends at: Tribhuvan Intl. Airport, Kathmandu

2. Traditional dinner alongside a cultural performance @ USD 15 per person,

This dinner will be held at one of the many traditional Nepali food places, where you will be served
a Nepali thali, comprising of steamed basmati rice, chicken (paneer and mushrooms for vegetarians),
wild pork / fish for non-vegetarians, dal (lentil soup), mixed bean soup, spinach and a mixed veg
curry, appetizers, and a traditional Nepali dessert called sikarni.
The dinner will be served at Kathmandu.

3. Paragliding @ USD 90 per person

This is a tandem flying in Pokhara (from Sarangkot), which is operated by a pilot harnessed behind
the passenger. The entire drop and glide from the hilltop of Sarangkot takes about 20 minutes,
depending on the wind. The passenger will be landing near the lakeside area.

4. White-water rafting @ USD 35 per person

White-water rafting can be enjoyed on the Trishuli River, on the way to Pokhara. Starting from
Charaudi to Fisling, the entire 3 hour rafting schedule is full of adventure.
