    Good day!

    This letter is to formally seek permission to change the grade of my student JOHN RAFAEL
    BILLEN from 72% to 77% in my subject Contemporary Philippine Arts from the Region due to
    a misunderstanding and confusion in the accounts he used in passing his outputs on my subject.

    The adjustment to his grade in my subject will be released in the 2nd quarter of this semester if
    possible.
