    I am writing this letter as a formal request regarding my leave from February 3, 2020 to
    February 6, 2020. The reason for my absence is to be able to attend a family gathering
    with Ms. de Leon in Aklan.

    Also, I would like to inform you that all my works for the meantime, in the Office of
    Prefect of Discipline are already completed. I assure you that it will not affect the
    scheduled date for card distribution. I am also working with my academic coordinator
    for the classes I will miss by providing classroom works.
