In line with the Oplan Balik-Eskwela and Basic Education Learning Continuity Plan of the
Department of Education (DepEd), may we ask your permission to conduct a meeting with our
dear parents to discuss with them their roles as partners of educating our beloved learners in
the New Normal on August 04, 2020 at 8 am at the covered court. Possible learning modalities
and their processes will be presented to inform them further.

In accordance with the protocol of mass gathering by the Inter-Agency Task Force for
Infectious Disease (IATF), there will be a schedule of meeting according to their puroks. Below is
the said schedule and the number of parents to attend:
