    Greetings in the Mighty name of our Lord Jesus Christ!


    With a grieving heart, painful ailment and others to include fear of COVID-19 pandemic
    surrounds and hinders me to travel various places which may either aggravate my
    deteriorating health condition.
    Wherefore, I am tendering my early retirement due to the abovementioned circumstances
    with your earthly permission, mercy and compassion which will be on April 01, 2021. It may
    ever be a hurtful decision but this is a mindful, wiser judgement to the best interest of the
    Department of Education and my family.
    On this behalf therefore, I would like to extend my warmest utmost gratitude with humility
    for your unending genuine unequivocal God-loving generosity including the entire SDO
    Isabela.
