Dearest graduates and completers of

2022, my sincerest congratulations and salute
with a Heart!

We, at DepEd Schools Division of South

Cotabato, are overjoyed that each of you has
achieved this milestone in your life in the midst of
a global crisis.

This year’s theme: Gradweyt ng K to

12: Masigasig sa mga Pangarap at Matatag sa mga
Pagsubok (K to 12 Graduates: Pursuing Dreams
and Fostering Resilience in the Face of Adversity)
is an embodiment of what you have been through
for more than two years. Despite the disruptions,
stress, uncertainty and seemingly insurmountable challenges that have come your
way, you have persevered and come out stronger and more resilient.

For more than two years, you have endured attending your classes through
various learning modalities offered by DepEd. During those years, your parents,
school administrators, teachers, and community have also wrestled with providing
you with a sense of normalcy while striving for academic progress; and they have done
their best under the most difficult conditions. But, the day has finally come when you
are, once again, given a chance to attend the end-of-school year rites on a traditional
face-to-face setting.

As you advance to the next frontier of your education, may the experience and
insights that you have gained during the pandemic constantly boost your diligence,
sense of responsibility and resilience.

We trust and believe that you will be a competent, empathetic, and ingenious
person who is ready to take on the world and the future it promises.
