Minutes of meeting of the Psychology Students, November 21, 2020, through google
meet.

PRESENT:

Ms. Aira Nicole Alcance- President

Ms. Jessa Delos Santos- Vice President

Ms. Mary Grace Gigante- Treasurer

Ms. Cholet Melo- Member

Ms. Joana Marie Cosico- Member

ABSENT: None

1. The meeting was called to order by Ms. Aira Nicole Alcance, President of the
Association after a prayer led by Ms. Joana Marie Cosico at exactly 10:00 am.
2. The meeting agenda was about the distribution of goods/donations for the victim
of typhoon Ulysses and coordinating with the barangay officials all over the areas
and to comply with it.
3. Additional to the Agenda was presented by Ms. Mary Grace Gigante.
a) Feeding programs for the evacuees who are temporarily staying in
covered court and school vicinity.
b) Additional fund raising using/ through social media.

Afterwards, it was approved unanimously by the members of the Association.

After the motion done by Ms. Jessa Delos Santos seconded by Ms. Cholet Melo.
4. The President presented the new agenda which moved by Ms. Mary Grace
Gigante. According to Ms. Gigante, the reported expenses and solicitations were
not yet approved by the officers.
5. Ms. Cosico moved for the approval of the agenda and seconded by Ms. Melo.
6. Therefore, the said agenda was approved by all members of the association and
was recorded.
7. Ms. Gigante second the motion.
8. The meeting was adjourned at exactly 12:00nn and setting the next meeting on
December 01, 2020 at 10:00am on the google meet.
