MY OWN BUSINESS
Good afternoon every one. First I am going to talk about a little project I had in the
primary. It is my own bussines, a chocolate Factory. Its name was “Breik” but that
company already exists, so its new name will be “Copito” (because it is my pet name,
and he is like chocolate). As chocolate Factory, we’ll make, and also we will create
products based on chocolates. Our important and main points are three: first,
chocolates will be made hygienically, with quality and will be cheaper; second, we’ll
distribute our products to big stores, and also to independiant sellers: third, we will also
sell the product to the main public. About our workers, we need 50 people working on
the production part, other 30 on packaging section, 10 in distribution, and ten in our
stores. Everyone will have to fulfill with all the rules stipulated on the contract
(Schedule, dress code, pay time, vacation). As employees will be allowed to contribute
with ideas and sugestions. To wrap up we are a chocolate Factory (not big) who sell
products in a direct and indirect way, where all employees can help the company to
grow with ideas and suggestions. Thank for Reading.
