Chemeo Electrical Contractors Ltd., is committed to a formal Quality and Inspection
program, including documented reporting of installation and testing criteria verification
throughout the entire course of the work to meet the requirements of the Customer.
In fulfiling this commitment, Chemco management provides and maintains a
comprehensive Quality Program for procurement, storage, installations and inspections
and also provides associated compliance documentation to demonstrate our
commitment. All management functions are structured to comply with the project
requirements as they relate to planning, operation and maintenance of facilities and
equipment. All employees support our commitment in providing installations in
accordance with established procedures, safe work practices, consistently meeting
applicable code requirements and in compliance with the customer's detailed
installation and specification requirements.
Employees at every level, including management, are responsible and accountable for
the Company's Quality Assurance Commitment. Complete and active participation by
everyone, everyday, in every job is the basis for the Quality Assurance and excellence
of installations to meet the Company's commitment. Through this active participation in
this program by all employees the verification, inspections and reporting activities
compiled into the Chemco Inspection and Test Plan demonstrate and provide
assurance of our installations.
Our Project Quality Control official has the authority and the organizational freedom to
oversee, identify, initiate and implement solutions to problems that may arise in the
Quality Program. Any problems that cannot be resolved are to be immediately brought
to the attention of the Quality Manager and Construction Manager for resolution in
accordance with applicable Safety Codes Act, Canadian code requirements and the
requirements of this program.
This manual, together with the balance of the Chemco Procedures manuals, documents
our program. The information provided in this policy does not take precedence over
manufacturer and customer requirements and is to be utilized in conjunction with our
Environmental Health and Safety manual requirements so installations can be
performed safely.
