Executive Summary

This report is prepared to fulfill the partial requirement of the course Human Resource Management.
This report is supposed to be prepared through the analysis of various or focused HR activities in local
successful organizations. The different aspects of Human Resource Management, which we learn in
theory, should be compared with the real-life scenario on the basis of practical implications.

This report looks at various aspects of HRM of Grameen Phone organization. The organization chosen,
“Grameen Phone limited” is market leader in its own respective fields. The company backgrounds are
later provided to enhance the application of different HR functions.
