Dear Sir,
With reference to your Letter of Acceptance dated: 20 th May 2019, It is stated here that I may
not be able to pay full amount i-e 8,400,000/- (Eight Million Four Hundred Thousand Only)
with in the given time due to my financial commitments made already on account of machinery
import.

It is therefore requested to accept postdated checks of amount 2,800,000/- (Two Million Eight
Hundred Thousand) dated: 09/08/2019 and 5,600,000/- (Five Million Six Hundred Thousand)
dated: 30/10/2019 against payment due. It is requested to kindly issue Provisional Allocation
Letter against 12 Acres so that i may proceed with my project and complete in the tentative
period.
