Schedule of Bid Bid documents can be downloaded from the e-procurement portal of
Govt. of Assam i.e www.assamtenders.gov.in from 17:00 Hours on 13-
08-2021 up to 14:00 Hours on 06-09-2021. .Both Technical (Vol. I) &
Financial Bid (Vol. II) is to be SUBMITTED ONLINE in the e-
procurement portal of Govt. of Assam i.e. www.assamtenders.gov.in from
19:00 Hours on 13-08-2021 up to 14:00 Hours on 06-09-2021. However,
the Hard Copy of the Technical Bid (Vol. I) is to be submitted to AIDC
Ltd. on 06-09-2021 before 2:00 PM. For submission of bids, bidders are
advised to go through the “Instructions to Bidder” of the Bid Document.
The Technical Bid will be opened at 16:00 Hours on 06-09-2021. The
Financial Bids of the Technically Qualified bidders only shall be opened
on the date & time to be intimated in the due course of time.

Eligibility criteria (minimum)
The bidder should have the experience of successful execution of similar
works for any Govt. agency during last 7 years ending 31st March, 2021
meeting any of the following three conditions:
Three similar completed works costing not less than the amount equal to
40% of the estimated cost or
 Two similar completed works costing not less than the amount equal to
50% of the estimated cost or
One similar completed work costing not less than the amount equal to
80% of the estimated cost
Similar works would mean construction of Boundary Wall, Assam Type/
RCC Building.

The cost of Bid Document and the Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) to be deposited vide Demand Drafts in
favour of Assam Industrial Development Corporation Ltd., payable at Guwahati, in a sealed envelope not
later than the Bid Due Date and addressed to the Managing Director, Assam Industrial Development
Corporation Ltd., R.G. Boruah Road, and Guwahati-781024. EMD received after bid due date will not be
accepted.

The Managing Director, Assam Industrial Development Corporation Ltd. reserves the right to reject any or
all the tenders without assigning any reason thereof.
