Bidding will be carried out by adopting “Single Stage Two Envelope” procedure. Bidders are required to be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council 2020-21 as above. Bids shall be received in NHA Zonal Office, NHA Complex, Near Drigh Road Railway Station, Main Shahrah-E-Faisal, Karachi on 12 January 2021 until_11:00 hrs. The envelope containing “Technical Bid” (original) will be opened on the same day at 11:30 hrs in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who may choose to attend. Second envelope containing “Financial Bid” of technically ‘qualified bidder(s) will be opened later, the date of which will be communicated after completion of evaluation of the Technical Bids. Financial parameters of the bidder will be observed during and / or after the opening of Financial Bids(s). Due to COVID-19, only one authorized representative will attend the proposal submission and opening event. 5. __Bid security of an amount mentioned above, in the form and validity as mentioned in the bidding documents, must be accompanied with “Technical Bid" & copy attached with Financial Bids. 6 Bid Security, Valid PEC Certificate 2020-21 and Original Authority Letter (on stamp paper) must be placed/bind on top of the “Technical Bid Book” to avoid unnecessary delay in evaluation, 7. Audit Reports (of the last 03 years) should in line with auditing standard and must be prepared from Chartered Accountant duly register with ICAP. The required standard for audit report is incorporate in bidding documents Appendix-O, 8, __A mandatory check list of documents to be submitted by the bidders is placed in the Bidding Documents, which must be filled by the bidder. 9. __The bidders providing unsubstantiated and / or incorrect information are liable to disqualification, legal action.
