The
is a big beautiful building in the centre of
Belfast. Itis the place where the Lord
‘Mayor works every day. Every Christmas
itis lit up with lots of lights and a huge
CChristams tree is put up at the front
entrance. |have visited the _ciTY
HALL twice and {think the
architecture is magnificent. The first
time | went there I thought | was going to
‘meet the Mayor but sadly, to my
disappointment, the only person | met
was the doorman

Once when we were going to see a movie at the
ODYSSEY ARENA Twas using
crutches because I had sprained my leg. As we
were going up the stairs I fell and spilt my drink
all over my brother Hugh's trousers. Everyone
who passed started laughing because they
‘thought Hugh had wet himself. At first Hugh
started to cry but then he saw the funny side of
it and we all started laughing as well
The_AYBE RT Qari isin the centre of Belfast and looks ike Big Ben in London. My uncle Dennis
|| knows the man who wound it up for the last so years. Unfortunately ‘was built on
wooden piles on soft ground and very soon began to lean. Recently, the ity Council spent a lot of money cleaning it
and trying to straighten it. It looks great now butis still leaning. It has become Belfast's ‘Leaning Tower’, ust lke the
famous one in Pisa!

‘One day my two friends (Neil and
Andrew) and I decided to go camping,
We went up to the
Lagan Hfsrows and found
a place to pitch our tent, We ate some
food, swapped some stories and went to
sleep. During the night Neal somehow
rolled out of the tent (stil in his sleeping
bag) and down a hill. When Andrew and I
woke up we jumped out of the tent and
found Neil still seeping at the bottom of
the hill. learned that Neil isa very heavy
sleeper!
