Also known as a Dedicated IP Address, this is when a website has an unchanging IP
address every time it is connected with a server. The opposite of this is a Dynamic IP
address, where the system is assigned a new IP address every time it starts up.

Bandwidth:
Is the speed at which data is transferred over an electronic communication
device like a server. The units of measurement are based on the maximum
transfer rate and measured in either Kbps or Mbps.
