    Good Day!

    This has reference with the result of the uploaded documents sent to PEAC dated August
    28, 2020, it was noted that the Government Recognition for Junior High School Program was
    named Solis Institute of Technology while in the SEC Registration it was named Solis Institute
    of Technology Inc.

    In line with this, we would like to request from your good office a certificate that bears
    the two names as one and the same.

    Said certificate will be used for Re-certification of PEAC come September 30, 2020.
