INSPECTION REPORT ON THE PROPOSED SITE FOR THE PROJECT: UPGRADING OF

COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING AND INFORMATION SCIENCES INTEGRATED
LABORATORY CENTER PHASE I
In the context of expansion to accommodate the progressing number of enrolled students of

the College of Engineering and Information Sciences, the existing laboratory of Bachelor of Science
in Industrial Technology (BIT) and Bachelor of Science in Agriculture and Biosystem Engineering
(BSABE) programs are situated beside the Farm Mechanics building and requires improvement.
Hence, it is identified as the for the project: Upgrading of College of Engineering and Information
Sciences Integrated Laboratory Center Phase I under the NEP 2023.
The said plan was unanimously agreed upon inspection of the Committee on Inspection and
Review for Infrastructure of the College together with the Engineering faculty representative,
personnel of the Infrastructure and Other Physical Facilities as well as the College top management.

Greetings of good health!
The Infrastructure and Other Physical Facilities personnel conducted ocular survey at our box culvert
traversing along our road network from College of Engineering- Health and Wellness Building. It has
been found that the scouring persists due to continuous downpour of rain. Upon evaluation, it already
affects part of the box culvert and the concrete road pavement that will likely compromise its
structural stability. Long term and immediate solutions are to be proposed such that to prevent future
negative effect to the structure.
Anent to this, I would like to ask your permission to render overtime works for the four (4) General
Services personnel namely: Leonell A. Tangkay, Carlo Magno (skilled), Ysrael A. Amin and Joshua
Emerito S. Madera (labor) on Saturday and Sunday to conduct carpentry works and clearing of debris
as part of our immediate solution.
