Greetings!

The Sultan Kudarat State University ACCESS Campus in Tacurong City, is currently
offering a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture (BSA) and Bachelor in Agricultural
Technology (BAT) programs, which aims to educate students in the scientific habit of
thought and prepare them to become globally competitive professionals with
competencies in technical agriculture, to support national, regional, and local
development plans.

CHED Memorandum Order No. 23, S. 2021, clearly stated that SUCs offering
agriculture programs should strictly adhere and comply with the minimum requirements
of the program, and one of which is the provision of field/physical facilities and
equipment that would serve as the experimental area of the students.

With this, the university would like to collaborate with your agency to establish
partnership in terms of experimental and laboratory area for the conduct of students’
theses, short-term researches, practicum and field laboratory activities of the students
of the College of Agriculture-ACCESS Campus.

Looking forward to this endeavour and partnership that will gear towards its goal of
continuously improving the quality both services and learning.

provide technical expertise, extension training, and trainers' technology training respectively, to the LGU
agriculture extension who provide beneficial tool to farmers. This boils down to issues on manpower
supply, funding support, technical expertise, and support services.
Based on the proposed framework, the Bureau of Agricultural Research (BAR) will serve as the lead
agency for R&D and together with ATI, will be the coordinating body at the national level, and the DA-
RFUs and the ATI regional offices at the regional level.

The goal of the extension service is geared toward empowering people in the community through the
development of individual potentials with values and capacities to transform and improve the quality of
their lives and the community as a whole.

With the existing programs of the government, the Sultan Kudarat State University Lutayan Campus
under the Extension Division will strengthen the farmer partner/ stakeholders to empower thus
organizing them into association.

P4MP means Pambansang Mannalon, Mag Uuma, Magbabaol, Magsasaka ng Pilipinas , a Rural Based
Organization that the government gives more emphasis to strengthen and help farmers increase income
through different agricultural programs and projects.
