Dear Mayor;

Greetings!

In as much as we would like to approve your request re: Extension for the use of Lingig
National High School as LGU Quarantine Facility, this office and the Regional Office are not
authorized anymore to approve the same after August 15, 2020.

While it is true that the Secretary of Department of Education deferred school opening on
October 5, 2020, does not mean schools will not be used yet. The latter was postponed in order
to prepare intensively the Learning Delivery Modalities (LDM) and its simulation processes in
school.

In view of the foregoing, may we respectfully request your good office to vacate all the PUMs
and PUIs occupying the facility. Subject to Terms and Conditions (TAC), this office gives up to
August 25, 2020 to do thereto.
