    WAIVER

    Madam,

    Certain labor provisions and jurisprudence tell demotion in rank so as compelling an


    employee to go back to office against his will and without his consent are civilly illegal.
    However, the undersigned would like to waive these rights in order to return the Senior
    Education Program Specialist position to DepEd Division of Surigao del Sur Office in
    exchange for Master Teacher 1, Step 8 status. This motion would take effect when only
    upon the latter be approved. Likewise, the signatory would like to request for
    reclassification to Master 2 soonest possible in order to compensate the salary
    deducted due to diminution in pay for several months.

    On the contrary, the signee does not waive his legal rights when in the future, the
    contention thereto be questioned by somebody or higher authorities and the same
    would petition in high courts when deprived of his above appeal.
