User Profile
From the drop down menu next to your displayed name choose « profile »

Change password
From user profile choose “change password”

User Dashboard
Manage Dashboards

If there’s a specific dashboard for your assigned project, from dashboards drop down menu choose
“Manage dashboards”

Click on the star next to the dashboard related to your assigned project, you can also choose more than
one dashboard, Each user should at least choose “My Dashboard”.

Projects
Through this tab users can view all the projects they are assigned to work on, along with summary and
statistical information

Issues
Through this tab users can set a specific search criteria over projects they have access to.

Choose all the values you need from the left menu to customize your search criteria and then click
“View” button to display search results

Reports
Users can produce reports depending on any search criteria they choose, after viewing search results
click “views” dropdown menu, Users can also choose report format

Filters
Users can save their search criteria in order to use it in the future, by choosing “save as filter”.

To view all user’s saved filters, from “issues” drop down list choose “manage filters”.

Favorite filters
Users can easily utilize favorite filters through their dashboards as its automatically displayed within
“Favourite Filters” gadget
