Euthanasia

1. Depression and traumatic health can make feel people unable to see any other way to relieve the
pain than ending their lives. Can you tell me why should euthanasia be legal, when people aren’t
checked about their mental health? Does anyone have proof that a person can be mentally ill and
not take such decisions?
2. Don’t you think that hopelessness is one of the reasons people take such decisions?
( If yes: Then why should anyone let patient make up their own mind when they are feeling
hopeless and when there is a big chance that their decision will change?
If no: How can you say this, I mean do you have any proof that will make all the people here
believe in it?)
3. What is the difference between euthanasia and assisted suicide?
(If they say anything about family: Why do you think that family member can decide such
important task?)
4. Do you think murdering person is good?
5. Is it lawful?
6. Suicide means killing yourself intentionally, doesn’t it?
7. So how can you say that assisted suicide, that is same as murdering is good?
(If says it isn’t: Let me remind you the definition of the word “euthanasia”- It is coming from
Greece and means “good death”.)
