 WPE Diamond is an extremely dense material, consisting of a cement, in combi-
nation with special Mikroslika and superplasticizer. Through its high-density, non-
porous structure a extreme compressive strength can be generated. An advan-
tage of this dense structure is that no corrosive material can penetrate through
pores which makes to a very good corrosion protection material.

With the WPE Diamond Binder and an admixture of extremely hard and heat-
resistant ceramics such as bauxite, corundum and silicon carbide WPE Diamond is
a wear protection material with excellent features

Installation of the expanded mesh

The measurements given here for the

rhombus opening dimensions 30x70
mm are recommended. A deviation of
+/- 5 is allowed.

The web thickness of 3 mm must be adhered

to as a minimum.

Installation method
The expanded metal is welded with a welding
points maximum distance of 250 mm.
The expanded metal must be welded firmly to
prevent any movement in the expanded metal.
Between the expanded metal mesh is a distance
of max. 10 mm allowd.

With overhanging or ceiling surfaces, the

expanded metal is always to be laid at a distance.

Mixing instruction for all WPE diamond material qualities

a. Start
the dry material mixing ratio is: 1 bag WPE Diamond Binder with
1 bag of WPE Diamond Aggregates. The dry mixing time is
minimum 3 minutes

b. Adding water
For a mixing of 1 bag binder and 1 bag aggregates add 2,6 liter of
water.

The water must be so clean that you can drink it.

Under no circumstances may the water be polluted with residues
of other cement, argilliferous and calcareous products, other
WPE Diamond materials or with salts of any kind.
Start to use the minimum water which is predescribed on the
bags or on the pallets and mix minimum 5 – 6 minutes. Check
the workability of the material. If necessary add in small portions
water to the material. After each adding of water, mix the material
minimum 1-2 minutes.
Only a paddle/pan type mixer may be used.
For extrem low or high air temperature, please ask for our special
installation manuals.
