Note:

1. For users who are using Office Installable Apps, RAIPL shall take plan INR 125/- per user per
month. Most of RAIPL’s licenses shall fall under this category. For new users who want Office
Installable Apps RAIPL shall purchase M365 Business Standard Plan which will cost Rs. 660 per user
per month.

2. For users who are using Windows 7 genuine licenses, RAIPL can buy M365 Premium License to
upgrade to Windows 10 Enterprise. For users who need need Windows 10 pro new licenses, RAIPL
shall buy Windows 10 Pro Get Genuine License under Volume Licensing Program.

3. Proposal is to start from 1st Jan 2021. For this, the activities shall have to begin from 20 th Dec 2020
including payment and then in a phased manner the implementation will begin. The broad steps of
implementation are as follows:
a. Order Loading on Microsoft (1 – 2 working days)
b. Mail Migration ( G Suite to M365 ) (2 to 4 days)
c. Setting up Microsoft 365 Admin, Domain Setup & User Provisioning ( 1 day )

4. License fees: The license shall be paid in advance for the full year for the number of licenses
proposed by RAIPL. In case of increasing the licenses in between the subscription Wroffy will
charge
the license on pro-rata basis, however decreasing the licenses is allowed only at the subscription
end.

a. In-between RAIPL can assign a particular license to another user.

b. Any new license in the middle of the year shall be charged on pro rata basis, but all the
renewals shall be on a common date for the next year.

C. Migration of G Suite to MS 365:

- The following are the requirements from RAIPL:

Domain /Hosting credentials or remote access
Previous user credentials sheet in Excel.
G Suite Admin and office 365 admin credentials.
Two factor authentications must be disabled from all users 

- We propose the migration as given in point sr. no. B above.

- Migration Cost:

1. INR 350/- per user for email, calendar & contacts.

2. INR 1200/- per user for G drive.

The above are one time charges and shall be paid in advance.
However, we propose that user shall do the individual transfer from G- drive to One drive files & we
only recommend item no. 1 to be done by Wroffy.

D. Support.:

Scope of Work :

a. Within License Cost :

 Setup of Admin Center
 Domain Setup In M365
 MX AND CNAME Records addition.
 User Provisioning

b. Yearly Support Plan ( Cost: 1000/- / user / year for entire MS 365 )
 Support Timing: Mon to Fri: 10. AM to 6 PM IST. For Support after official hours
shall be on chargeable basis @INR300/- per hour.
 User Addition/Deletion/Password Reset
 Outlook Installation in PC/Laptop in case you purchase M365 Business Standard Plan
 Outlook Configuration in PC/Laptop.
 Installing Onedrive/ Sharepoint in PC/Laptop ( One Time ).
 Brief Introduction of Outloook, One drive, Sharepoint and Microsoft teams and Admin
console.
 Query Solution/Debugging/Troubleshooting issues related to licenses.
 Password Recovery.

Note: Sharepoint Customization is not Included.
