 THE CONTRACT FOR THE PURCHASE OF MOTOR VEHICLE

BETWEEN

SAMWEL, a purchaser of the Motor vehicle and of matured age and of Sound mind

AND

BEFORWAD SALE COMPANY a company with a TIN No, 37473 registered under Tanzania
company laws and vendor located at Dar-es-salaam Tanzania of email address
beforward@gmail.com.

The parties have agreed to come into contract whereby purchaser is willingly with sound mind to
purchase a motor vehicle from the vendor in its condition, under the following terms;

1. DATE AND EXECUATION OF A CONTRACT

Date of execution of a contract here above the contract for the purchase of motor vehicle shall
initiate from 21st September 2020

2. DESCRIPTION OF THE SUBJECT MATTER

The description of the subject matter is the purchase of motorvehicle branded Toyota land cruiser
white colour with capacity of 11 passengers 4164, body type of hard top model, registered T000
DVC, model number Hzj75, Chasis number; Hzj 750042019, engine number; 1hz0238365
manufactured in 1997.

3. PURCHASE VALUE OF SUBJECT MATTER

The purchasing value of subject matter is Tanzania Shillings Thirty Millions only (Tshs.
30,000,000.00)

The purchasing value of the subject matter should be in full amount cash in hand

4. Now hereby the parties have agreed that if there might happen any unexpected event beyond
the control of the parties each party should share the loss.
5. In case of any breach of parties with contractual agreement it may settled through arbitration
method.

6. This contract should not exceed the 21st November 2020.
