    TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

    AUTHORIZATION

    I, CELSO G. REGENCIA, City Mayor of Iligan City, do hereby


    authorized ATTY. DEXTER REY T. SUMAOY, City General Services
    Officer (City Government Department Head II), to engage in the limited
    practice of his legal profession, specifically to act as Notary Public, Private
    Counsel and as Professor, provided that such practice will not conflict or
    tend to conflict with his official functions.

    This limited authority to practice his profession is effective for one


    year upon signing and must be renewed annually pursuant to Civil Service
    Commission MC No. 24, series of 2017.
