1. EXISTING SYSTEM:-
Corporate Portal is intranet system for communication and easily shares the
information with each other. Portal is website of HCL INFOSYSTEM’s employee to get and
share information like news, bulletin board, event, birthday, holiday, poll, and many more
things are declare as branch and department wise.
It is work using selecting branch and department wise HOD and that department’s
Member of employee and select different products of information.
Admin only one authorized by branch that are authentication provide to each of user
regarding their post. Admin access for NEWS, EVENT, HOLIDAY, FAQ’S, POLL, BULLETIN
BOARD.
Employee is user and member of different branch and department who are
authorized by register and employee are request for leave and loan to HOD approval.
Employee have limited access but they show all the information on his screen regarding
meeting and his place time, any request are sent to senior level that can immediately get
the response.
Downloading of presentation, case study and software links are download all the
employee for upload by HOD for employee guide and new analysis and photos are also
upload by all the member like any events of company or family function are share.
Searching for employee using branch, department, id and name. And birthday list,
useful number and holiday list also access. Search also using month wise date wise and
particular name, date and department wise.
Portal in provide inter communicate between all employee and easy way to shares
information between each other like in this portal FAQ’s, chat, SMS.
All the data can store by unique id and name and it’s also insert, update and delete
by admin only.
In home page, there News , event, poll, bulletin board, are latest five it mean last
five uploaded records are display.
2. NEED OF NEW SYSTEM:-
For using this Portal, we can easily through out each and every objects as well
as components of Company.
3. OBJECTIVE OF PROJECT:-
For any task objectives are the main things of that task because the success of the
task highly depends on its objectives or goal. Following are the main objectives of
the “Corporate Portal”.
Communicate members of “HCL INFOSYSTEMS PVT. LTD.”.
Provide Resource for the members.
Provide News, Even, Bulletin Board, FAQ’s like information etc.
Requesting for leave and loan.
Report and data can be easily maintained using this portal.
The Database group has developed suitable portal, search interface for managing
and updating large number of bibliographic records. The following databases are
available for online access round the clock.
Search:- user or employee are easily search any person using branch wise
department wises and employee code wise view all the information in grid
Select by different table of database.
News and Event:- news are display related to company or branch, braking
News are display in top navigation. Event are display as branch wise.
Both of these are update by admin and last 5 record are display in main page
And also we are see all the fields.
Photos:- the theses database provides access to over 214000 records of doctoral
dissertations submitted in 240 Indian universities. The database contains information
pertaining to name of the researcher, title of the thesis, name of the guide,
university name and year of award. The records are regularly being updated from
different sources.
FAQ’s:- all the employee are sent feedback and give the answer for question
Only one user are gave the answer of question and result will see next day.
