The following instructions detail the procedure for the replacement of any direct glazed (bonded) glass on New
Holland tractor cabs.

The bonding kit, Figure 5, available from the Parts Depot should be used when replacing any direct glazed
glass. If the bonding kit is not available use only a reputable auto glazing company to perform repairs.

REMOVAL - GLASS INTACT

WARNING
Always wear gloves and eye protectors to avoid in-
jury from small fragments of glass.

1. Remove exterior trim mouldings - as required. 1

2. Remove interior trim mouldings - as required.

3. Where possible remove glass support blocks as

they can restrict the action of the cutting wire.
Insert the cutting wire into the inner end of the
tool and secure.

4. From inside the cab use a pair of pliers to push

the wire (1) through the adhesive (2) between
glass and frame, Figure 1.

5. Secure cutting wire (1) in external handle (2),

see Figure 2.
