Feedback Overview: This feedback form is intended to facilitate giving critical and valuable feedback to IPT casers preparing for
management consulting interviews. The purpose of IPT is to make casers interview ready thus feedback ratings are scaled from “Not
Interview Quality” to “ Strong Interview Quality”. The threshold for “Interview Quality” should be intentionally high. Casers should
expect to begin with “Not Interview Quality/Almost Interview Quality” ratings at the start of the IPT experience with the goal of
consistently attaining “Interview Quality/Strong Interview Quality” ratings by the end of IPT.

Quantitative analysis is good. Overall profit calculation is good. Product mix brainstorming was good. Cost reduction ways for milk
Recognized correctly which products need to be increased. could’ve been better. In brainstorming the location mix, did good job
with analysing loss making stores. Didn’t talk about profit making.
