Human Resource Merit Promotion and Selection
Board (HRMPSB)
• The Division Sub- Committee is still preparing the Comparative
Assessment Result (CAR) for the new teacher applicants for SY 2020-
2021. It is expected to be finished this end of May.
• HR will consolidate the results and HRMPSB will convene and review
the results for approval of the SDS. The new RQA will be posted as
soon as the validity of the current RQA has expired in June and in July.
Program to Institutionalize Meritocracy and
Excellence in Human Resource Management
(PRIME-HRM)
• This is parallel to our Results - Based Performance Management
System (RPMS) aligned to PPST
• RPMS Cycle I. Performance Planning and Commitment
Timeline: Last week of May/ a week before the opening
of classes
Output: Development Plans based on SAT
Portfolio Preparation and Organization
• RPMS Cycle II. Performance Monitoring and Coaching
Timeline: October-November/ end of 1st sem
Output: Performance Monitoring and Coaching Form
Mid-year Review and Assessment conducted
. RPMS Cycle III. Performance Review and Evaluation
Timeline: A week after graduation/ April
Output: IPCRF with computed final rating
RPMS Cycle IV. Performance Rewarding and Development Planning
Timeline: First Friday of April
Output: Reward, Recognition
Development Plan
