CONTRACT AGREEMENT

Your Name /Company & The Clients Name /Company

Your Name, the contractor will provide Clients Name with the short description of work /
project as to the specifications detailed in the Terms and Conditions below.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

The following rates and terms apply. Client will pay the agreed upon amount £0.00/per
hour/day/project to the contractor via PayPal/credit/debit card as agreed to by both
parties, no later than the date of payment. The contractor will provide the following
services - A more detailed description of the work you will be doing

REVISIONS AND OVERTIME

The price in the Terms and Conditions is based on the time investment I estimate that is
needed to accomplish everything listed in the job description. There will also be additional
charges for revisions/overtime. The following rates apply for any revisions/overtime work
completed. Client will pay £0.00 per additional hour/day/project.

COPYRIGHT

The Client will own the copyright for all material created under this agreement, and
contractor can sample and reuse only with consent from client.

PAYMENT TERMS

The contractor will invoice client by the end of the month, for any work delivered and
accepted that month. Payment will be completed within 30 days of receiving the invoice.
