NEEDS ASSESSMENT

Companies need to perform needs assessment if they want to achieve their goals and be
successful. Needs assessment plays a vital role in the strategic planning process to
determine the gaps that are preventing the organization to achieve its desired goals and
objectives. It analyzes what the organization needs and how to close the gap between where
the organization is currently and where they want to be. Furthermore, it helps in assessing
business needs as well as identify business problems and opportunities. Hence, if
