APPLICATION BLUEPRINT
RapidFix HD Composite Repair System is an innovative
system from AGEP International that is compliant with
International standards such as ISO 248171 and NACE RapidFix HD Composite System
SP0304, both suitable for composite repair of metallic,
fiberglass and concrete structures in harsh and corrosive
conditions. RapidFix Composite System is designed
tailor-made based on the pre-assessment of the piping
system conducted according to API 570, making it
suitable for each and every case that it is applied to.

RapidFix HD Composite Repair System comprises of 3

distinct components namely; structural repair compound, TYPICAL APPLICATIONS
matrix and reinforcing system. Final product after • Wall thickness reduction
application is capable of providing tensile strength up to
• Protection against erosion
11,800 psi and tensile adhesion in excess of 1450 psi (as
• Installation of false system
per ASTM D 4541).
• FRP, GRP, GRE Piping Repairs
RapidFix HD Composite Repair System is applicable in • FRP, GRP, GRE Piping Restoration
almost all environment, service conditions2 and systems • Crude Oil storage tanks
such as metallic and fiberglass piping, steel decking, • Seawater piping systems
concrete flooring, valves, flanges, blinds and many other • Steel decking, tank roof plates
components. RapidFix HD Composite can also be • Concrete flooring, decking
applied underwater for repair of sheet/spherical/beam • Steel/concrete piling systems
piling systems. Please consult AGEP for advice on system • Risers, well casings
recommendation.
SERVICE TEMPERATURE RANGE
RapidFix HD Composite System helps act as a protective Base Material -40 °C to +150 °C
