Kick-off meeting, research and review of your company, clients, and online competition.

Step 2: Strategy 12 hrs

Develop sitemap and wireframes. Each includes two rounds of revisions.

Step 3: Design 16 hrs

Select one of 10 WordPress themes presented by your PM.

Step 4: Develop 40 hrs

Development based on sitemap, wireframes, and theme selection. Includes two rounds of revisions.

Step 5: Launch 04 hrs

We will launch your site on your desired host. (We can assist or recommend hosting.)

TERMS
PARTIES & PURPOSE
This Agreement is made between (hereinafter “COMPANY”) and YOUR
COMPANY, INC, (hereinafter “CLIENT”). CLIENT agrees to retain COMPANY for web design services, as
described in “PROJECT SCOPE”, attached hereto and made a part of this agreement.

PRICING & FEES

CLIENT AGREES to pay a total price of $7,600.00 (76 hours at $100 per hour) in (2) total installments.
Payment one is due at the execution of this contract, and payment two is due 30 days after.

ADDITIONAL WORK
Any and all work outside the “PROJECT SCOPE” will be billed at $100 per hour.

REVISIONS
CLIENT agrees to two (2) rounds of revisions per phase.

PROJECT TIMELINE
CLIENT agrees to pay additional COMPANY costs associated with material delay or dormant projects.
