CONCEPT Make sure the axis of the pulley is not easily
scuffed or makes carbiner abrasions.

The two way locking pulley will be very
beneficial if it can be use for continuous loop of
rope, so a climber can ascend to the top and
move to another belay system.
It should be no retrieval lines or laborious pull
downs. If the climber falls, the Addict Climb
auto belay locks up and keeps the climber
suspended until they are ready to climb again.

 CARABINER
Aluminum alloy carabiners are used due to
their high wear resistance and tensile
strength. Addict climb use typical 7075-T6
for the carabiners body and locking
element. The Posiwire is D-shaped, has a
key gate, and has closed gate rating of 25
kN and an open gate rating of 8 kN.

PULLEY
This pulley use in Addict Climb is
constructed with premium Aluminum
Magnesium Alloy and Stainless, high
strength and durable. It can withstand
about 1000kg pull strength, the side plates
can prevent rope from skidding, super
reliable for keep your safety in climbing.

The Addict Climb itself using an integral design,
the customer need to pay a serious attention to
the way they take care of this product. The
reason lies on its safety characteristic. There will
be 80% of the product that manufactured by Al- 20
Mustalaqoin. The rest of the part will be
outsourcing from Al-Mustalaqoin ompany’s
suppliers. For Addict Climb, the designs of
manufacturing are:

Al-Mustalaqoin means climbers in
Arabic Language. The founder got
the idea of the name Al-
Mustalaqoin when she
accidentally saw it in the
footnotes of a book by "Tere Liye".
This company was founded by
Muna Firdausi in the 1947s. The
first Al-Mustalaqoin shop opened
in 1947 in Bojonggede, Bogor.
Round expresses solidarity and a
strong bond, mountain indicates
that we are a company that sells
climbing support products, and
green color indicates the green
and the beauty of the
mountainous region in general
ABOUT THE
PRODUCT
Addict Climb is an innovative product of
carabiner and pulley joints together. This is
an improvement of carabiner product for
climbing with a double helping tools. This
Addict Climb product could be use in any
kind of circumstances that need the help of
pulley or lifting things evenhuman.

 CONCLUSION
In making the prototype, team has using a vendor in
producing the carabineer along with the pulley, and as for
the nuts and bolt the team uses another vendor. The overall
budget spent by the team to purchase materials and vendor
services is IDR 450.000. Addict Climb is a lite alloy with auto-
locking carabiners and Pulley. These three auto-lock designs
are representative of the author commitment to
manufacturing only the best climbing tool in the world.
The Addict Climb is a three-stage auto-lock that operates
with easy one hand motion by twisting the sleeve and
opening, all while in the palm of your hand.
