Health is our wealth. It is one of the most important thing that a person must care.

Health occurs in our


physical, emotional and mental health. Health is a state of being well or an absence of disease or how
fast a person can recover if sickness occur. It is very essential to maintain or check our health to have a
long life and be strong to do different activities. People should know how to take care of it. And people
should be aware on their health even they are children or adult.

COVID-19 (Corona Virus 2019) is one of most health cases of different individuals around the world. This
virus has been entitled as Pandemic, and killed almost a million individuals around the world. There are
still a lot of people who are put this virus as ‘nothing’ as harmful. For an instance, in the western
countries, their governments imposes different protocols regarding to prevent the virus to spread to
other people. But, there are many people who were not able to see it as positive protocol, instead, they
always continue to go to the parties and doing things unnecessary with a group of people even there is
this Pandemic the Covid19.

So, in order to decrease this unhealthy lifestyle, we, must first begin it with discipline to ourselves. We
must be aware of the health protocols impose by the Department of Health or even the Non-
government organizations. At the same time on the mental health, this Covid19 gives sadness to
everyone. Sometimes we felt alone, worthless and many more. In order to overcome this problem that
we are facing, we can open up this matters to those people we trusted of. It is nice to open our hidden
problems or feelings so that it will not burden our mental and emotional health. Through this, we can
achieve peaceful mind during this pandemic time. At the same time, we can be Physical healthy by
following the guidelines imposed by the Health Ministry of our country.

It is surely that most of the people really want to achieve a good health for them to have a long life. But
in order to maintain a good health, people must always check their daily routines and what they are
eating.

Health awareness is essential. When a person doesn't care about his health, it can lead to different risks
on his body such as it can lead to different diseases or the worst part is death. People must learn to take
care their selves and also other people. If a person wants to live, he must make an effort to maintain his
good health.
