Details section wise explanation

1. Introduction
 It should cover the area of research work chosen.
 Mention the latest tools and techniques available.
 Latest work carried out, comparison with issues to be address.
 Create interest for the reader what is your aim.

2. Literature survey
 It play very important role to define unique problem statement.
 Help to know the work carried so far.
 Help to identify their limitations/Issues.
 It creates motivation.

Form of defining literature title as, Literature survey/Literature outline/Survey work/Survey study
/Literature highlights/Related work

General table format:

To identify following points from each research paper (Consider minimum 15 research papers),
 Aim
 Methodology
 Results analysis and discussion
 Conclusion derived

Hence from the above issues we concluded that further work on this particular problem is remains
untouched…

How to Write Literature synopsis:

 We should follow the following general format,
In [1]. ....Aim, methodology, result and discussion and conclusion also highlight drawback/issues,
likewise include minimum 10-12 papers.
Paper [2] address the ....
Author presented .....on [3])....
In this paper.............work being covered [4].

End of the literature survey highlights following:

 Issue identified from all papers.
 Address the topic chosen is open to continue for the further research.

 Maintain proper citation of reference paper.
(No of paper used in reference should be included in literature survey.)

3. Motivation

 Discuss the how you got motivated

 Consider the issues studied in literature survey
 Mention at least 5 Motivations in the form of points.

4. Problem statement

 Defining the problem statement by considering what input you are taking, how you are
processing (Technique identified) and what is the output.

5. Objectives of project

A project objective describes the desired results of a project, which often includes a tangible item. An
objective is specific and measurable, and must meet time, budget, and quality constraints.

6. Overview of project

 Detail Explain of Overview of proposed system working with block diagram

 Different steps to solve the problem identified.

7. Existing methodology comparative study

Comparative study of work should be represented in the form of table,

8. System Design

Systems design is the process of defining elements of a system like modules, architecture, components
and their interfaces and data for a system based on the specified requirements. It is the process of
defining, developing and designing systems which satisfies the specific needs and requirements of a
organization (Flow diagram).

9. Scope of the Project

The scope is simply all the work that needs to be done in order to achieve a project's objectives. In
other words, the scope involves the process of identifying and documenting specific project goals,
outcomes, milestones, tasks, costs, and timeline dates specific to the project objectives.

10. Hardware and Software Requirement with cost

Refer table format:

Conclusion

 It is a summary of closing discussion.

 State your conclusions in clear, simple language.
 Do not simply reiterate your results or the discussion.
 Indicate opportunities for future research.

References

 References (Minimum 25 research papers of either Springer/Elsevier/IEEE Transactions/Taylor

and Francis/ACM/Hindawi/Wiley/Etc.. of latest years 2020/2019/2018 either journal or
conference papers only.)
 Strictly follow the format for reference paper listing.
Example:
[1] Author name1 and author name2, ”Title of paper”, Journal/Conference name, Volume
No, Issue No, Date, Place.
