Almond Auto Supply is a sole proprietorship business that function as by purchasing supplies from
suppliers to sell, distribution by means of selling to costumers, account for daily cash flows and serve with its
employees and vice versa. A business providing quality products to their customers and giving employment to
people.

The business is a family business which is headed by three (3) managers that are interchangeably tasked in
day to day operations. Next to them are six (6) employees who are in charge of ordering supplies, check stocks,
sells, and collect payment from clients. The business is focused on the automotive spare parts supplies like
maintenance parts, repair parts, lots of automotive accessories, etc., and offer repair services too. Since the business
is an automotive spare parts store, their market are those with vehicles, and car repair shops, which offer services
like car tint and air condition services. They have over fifty (50) suppliers which are divided into major and minor

The business starts its daily operation when a costumer enters the store. The employee in charge will take
the costumer’s order. Then the employee will communicate to the stockroom staff to check if the item is available. If
no, the costumer will look for another store. If yes, the stockroom staff will get it from the stockroom and give it to
the employee in charge for the costumer. The costumer will give his/her payment exchange of the receipt from the
cashier which is also the manager. After issuing the receipt, the manager will record the purchased item in its record
notebook. The manager will collect and compute the sales inventory collection on a daily basis. As mentioned by the
owner, their direct competitors are Europa Parts and Accessories, One King Auto Supply, New Baguio Johnny Auto
Supply and others. The store is located at a location where auto supplies stores are scattered.(rephrase) Their
indirect competitors are carwash shops, general merchandising shops and equipment shops.

One constraint of the business is the size of the market. Since it is only a one branch business, the ability to
make sales limit only in that branch. Also the quality and skills of employees. To give the costumer the most out of
it, it is essential to have the right people with the appropriate skills for the business to achieve its goals and success.

Almond Auto Supply’s future directions is one to expand the business. New branches if possible and to have a
separate repair shop. With customers satisfaction and generate employment. This is to increase professional growth
and recognize their social accountability. Lastly, to provide high quality products to a wider range of its target
market.
