A low-fiber diet contains foods that are easily digested and absorbed.It limits the amount of fiber you eat each day
by restricting foods high in fiber.
My menu for a low fiber diet is tuna carbonara with French toast.
So first let’s ready the ingredients and define the benefits of this in our health.
Pasta
Pasta is part of a well-balanced diet, It's a good source of energy and can help with stomach problems and may
help lower cholesterol.
Tuna
, Tuna doesn't contain any carbohydrates, fiber, or sugar.it is a source of high-quality protein with almost no fat. It
contains all essential amino acids required by the body for growth and maintenance of lean muscle tissue.
Milk
Cream of mushroom
It possesses the good amount of antioxidants which is beneficial to improve immune system and that is good for
the patient who is in low fiber diet since some fruits and vegetables are restricted.
Nestle cream
is a versatile ingredient; it can be used in anything from desserts to pasta or even in savory dishes, it contain
several health-boosting vitamins and minerals.
Mushroom
Mushroom is known to be rich with some minerals and rich in the B vitamins: riboflavin, niacin, and pantothenic
acid. The combination helps protect heart health.
Onions
Onions are a nutrient-dense food, meaning that they are high in vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants while being
low in calories.
Garlic
Garlic is low in fiber and has anti-inflammatory benefits and helps blood flow more easily through the body.
Salt and pepper
It possesses antibacterial, antioxidant, immune-boosting, and fever-reducing properties. This natural combination
can build up your immune system and will help you prevent and avoid numerous diseases.
Bread
Bread is an excellent source of complex carbohydrates that give our body the energy it needs and plays an
important role in balancing the levels of glucose in the blood.
Egg
Eggs provide us with very high-quality protein that contains all nine essential amino acids in the right amounts
needed by the body for optimum growth and maintenance. This will help you avoid constipation while on
this diet plan.
So we are done in explaining the benefits of ingredients so let proceed to chop and cut the onions and garlic. After
that were good to go to cook the pasta and the sauce.
Spag noodles
Once the water is boiling, add the pasta. stir a few times to prevent the noodles from sticking together.then Drain
the pasta.
Sauce
get a pan and put in a hot over medium heat. Pour some oil and place the onions and garlic. saute until light
brown.
Place the garlic, onion, and oil in a large saucepan or skillet. Saute for 3-4 minutes or until soft and fragrant.
Then add the tuna and stir to combine. Add also the mushroom and cream of mushroom. Add the nestle cream
and evap milk, add some cheese ( optional) and a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir it and let it boil
Add some butter in a pan and put bread slices on medium heat until browned on both sides.
