At the end of the lesson the student should be able to:

B. Demonstrate how to prepare pickle mango

C. Follow correct procedure in preparing pickled mango and observe safety and sanitation.

Good morning student's before we start let us pray first

B. Motivation

This time class I will group you into 3 groups, row one will be
the salt group, row two will be the sugar group, row three
will be the mango. Now let's have a game, this game called
explain me!!

E. Application

In food preparation, there are important reminders that we


should always observe.

Important reminders:

1. Observe clinelines

2. Remove all your hand accesories.

3. Wash your hands properly.

4. Wear complete working outfit

5. proper handling of tools should be observed to avoid


accidents.

here are the ingredients that we are going to use in


preparing mango pickled.
Ingredients

1 cup water

½ cup white balsamic vinegar

¼ cup granulated sugar

2 teaspoons kosher salt

2 mangoes, peeled and sliced

Directions Instructions Checklist

Step 1

Combine water, vinegar, sugar, and salt in a small saucepan


over high, and bring to a boil, stirring constantly until sugar
dissolves. Cool to room temperature, about 1 hour.

Step 2

Place mango slices in a clean quart-size jar. Pour vinegar


mixture over mango. Seal with lid, and refrigerate 8 to 12
hours before serving.
