Expand the view of the Drivers container; note the existing Niagara Network. 2. Open the lonworks palette and locate the LonNetwork object. 3. Drag a LonNetwork out of the lonworks palette and drop it onto the Drivers component. Leave the name as is. (Note: The LonNetwork could also be added to your station by opening the Driver Manager window, then selecting the New button at the bottom of the window) 4. Expand the LonNetwork in the Nav Tree and verify that 2 Local Lon Device appears. This is the LonCard the station will use to connect to the LON network. Lon Device and Point discovery: 1. Unfold the Drivers component in the station, then the LonNetwork. 2. Double-click the LonNetwork to open the Lon Device Manager. 3. Click the Discover button at the bottom of the window, 4, In the Discovered window (top of page) you should see 2 Honeywei/controller displayed. Select the controller, drag it to the Database window and drop it. Click the OK button to accept the defaults and add the controller to the station. 5. Rename the device VAVO1. Highlight and commission the new VAVO1. The Commissioning dialog appears displaying the Neuron ID. Click Apply. If successful, the Lor Commission Success banner should temporarily display in the lower right comer. 6. Expand the VAVO4 device in the Nav Tree, double-click the Points container to open the Lon Point Manager. 7. From the View menu, click on Lon Link Manager. Using the Shift key, select the range of points for the Excell10 device and click the Set Service Type button. Select standard Bind. 8.
