With offices in London and Munich, Laurus Property Partners is a leading Pan-European real estate finance boutique providing
strategic and creative financial solutions for real estate owners and investors across all sectors of the property market.

The real estate capital landscape continues to become increasingly complex and fragmented and our team has a network of more
than 300 domestic, European and international capital sources with longstanding relationships with key decision makers in each
organisation.

Laurus Property Partners has a demonstrable track record of structuring, sourcing and executing senior, mezzanine and whole
loans as well as preferred and JV equity transactions. Deal structures include acquisition, development and bridging financing as
well as refinancing, recapitalisation and equity cash out situations. The strength of our relationships with capital providers and
deep understanding of their lending and investment parameters also position us well to assist clients with the restructuring of non-
performing loans.

The firm is managed by Oliver Richter, Matthias Dahmen and Andrew Wheldon, who together have over 50 years of industry
experience and have closed in excess of £12 billion of transactions across multiple asset classes and European jurisdictions.

Management

Oliver Richter – Managing Partner


Oliver is a founding partner of Laurus and has extensive experience in European real estate structured finance, private equity
and distressed debt. He has held senior positions at Deutsche Bank’s Commercial Real Estate Group in London, DLJ Real
Estate Capital Partners in London and Merrill Lynch in both London and New York, where he was responsible for originating,
underwriting and closing European real estate transactions. Oliver has closed more than 100 transactions with a combined
volume in excess of £5 billion.

Matthias Dahmen – Managing Partner


Matthias has significant experience in the European real estate private equity and capital markets industry, including proven
capabilities in investor relations and fundraising. He has 15 years of industry experience and has closed transactions totalling
£3.5 billion. In advance of launching Laurus, he spent 6 years at DLJ Real Estate Capital Partners, where he was responsible
for sourcing, underwriting and executing pan-European transactions. Prior to this, Matthias was an M&A banker at J.P. Morgan’s
investment bank.

Andrew Wheldon – Managing Director


Andrew heads the UK and Ireland business and has held senior positions at the Royal Bank of Scotland, Lloyds Banking Group
and CBRE Capital Advisors in London and has closed over £3.5 billion of financings. He has an 18-year track record of originating,
structuring and executing transactions across all real estate asset classes in the UK and Ireland, both as a lender and capital
advisor. Andrew holds an MBA in Real Estate from the University of Reading, is a Fellow of the RICS and is a member of the Urban
Land Institute’s Residential Council.

Lynn Gilbert – UK Senior Advisor


Lynn has more than 30 years of experience in the UK real estate industry and is currently a Non-Executive Director at G15 housing
association, The Hyde Group (Member of the Group Board, Treasury Committee and Chair of the Group’s Investment Committee).
Between 2013 and 2018, Lynn was Head of Origination and Member of the Investment Committee at M&G Investments, responsible
for the firm’s senior and junior debt investment funds. Prior to M&G, Lynn successfully established and led market-leading real
estate finance businesses at Société Générale, Morgan Stanley and Barclays.
