Laurus Property Partners has a demonstrable track record of structuring, sourcing and executing senior, mezzanine and whole
loans as well as preferred and JV equity transactions. Deal structures include acquisition, development and bridging financing as
well as refinancing, recapitalisation and equity cash out situations. The strength of our relationships with capital providers and
deep understanding of their lending and investment parameters also position us well to assist clients with the restructuring of non-
performing loans.
The firm is managed by Oliver Richter, Matthias Dahmen and Andrew Wheldon, who together have over 50 years of industry
experience and have closed in excess of £12 billion of transactions across multiple asset classes and European jurisdictions.
