• 5G NR Cell Id Frames
o Ready-made integration of NR UE/Scanner cell measurements and NR cell
configuration
o UE and Scanner metrics reported under Cell ID - NR (Phone-based) and
Cell ID - NR (Scanner-based) data frames respectively
o Sector ID, Site ID and Serving Sector reporting based on the match found
between sector measurements and cell configuration
o Additional sector antenna related measurements provided including
‘Distance-to-cell’, ‘Inside Backlobe of Planned Antenna’, ‘Outside Planned
Antenna Beamwidth’, ‘Relative Angle vs Planned Antenna Azimuth’, ‘Signal
Strength’, etc.
6 NT14-30479, 0.1,6/26/2020
• 5G NR Spider Move
o Identify serving/n-strongest NR sectors for selected data point on the map
o Support for NR RAT added to Spider Move map feature displaying ray lines
from selected data point to matching serving (UE) or n-strongest (Scanner)
sectors
o Ray line colors may be customized from Map View Options | Sector vs.
Data Point | NR
8 NT14-30479, 0.1,6/26/2020
o Standard swapped feeder analysis based on NR scanner data
o UE analysis may generate swapped feeder events if underlying network
issues are detected (RACH failures, abnormal UE power reporting, NR radio
link, beam or SCG failures)
o Analysis configurable through Diagnostic_Swapped_Feeder UDP set
allowing user to customize site-to-site distance, base coverage levels, UE
power level triggers, antenna beamwidth, etc.
o Swapped Feeder Report pinpoints cells with highest number of swapped
feeder indications and provides event level information
10 NT14-30479, 0.1,6/26/2020
• New ASC Options: Added Support for 5G NR
o ASC options fully supported in NR
o Support for NR added to standard (Sector Id coloring) and new (Fixed
sector coloring) ASC options
o New NR layer added to Overwrite cell configuration view settings reporting
option to allow users to configure pie radius/width and site/carrier label
status and formatting
o New label formatting options applicable to NR layer
12 NT14-30479, 0.1,6/26/2020
o Appropriate cell configuration names must be used to ensure preferred
indexing, e.g. 1_NR.., 2_LTE.., 3_WCDMA, etc.
14 NT14-30479, 0.1,6/26/2020
• Exclude hidden measurements from legend in map reporting output (22.1.0)
o Legend ouput consistent with map content
o Hidden measurements (Hide data points reporting option selected) of Map
View report type are no longer included in associated legend providing that
respective measurement labels are not turned on
o New option can be useful in a special case when hidden sector id metric
(e.g. ‘Serving Cell Identity’ in LTE) is used to trigger Automated Sector
Coloring feature for non sector id metric (hidden sector id metric needs to be
added last to the Map View report element so it occupies top layer).
• Enabled addition of scripted events to Map View Options | Layer Control (22.1.0)
o Ability to control map layer order for scripted events
o Scripted events by default placed in the top layer with event added last
displayed on top of previously included events
o Scripted events are now explicitly included in Map View Options | Layer
Control allowing layer order customization

28 NT14-30479, 0.1,6/26/2020
• Starting with version 12.0.3 file reference will be removed from Task Window
after successful import via ADP in order to improve UI responsiveness. All log
files that fail to import will remain in Task Window.
• Support for QMDL data format removed as of TD 11.1.10 version. Users may
convert QMDL file to DLF format before data import.
• Pre-defined metric import configurations are made read only as of TD version
11.1.8. Any customization made to pre-defined metric import configurations
should be saved with user defined name to prevent loss of information.
• Support for obsolete MTU and Pocket logfile formats (LZM, LZZ and TPZ) is
discontinued as of TD 11.1.5 version
• 'Google Earth Standalone' feature removed in 11.1.0 due to incompatibility with
Google earth plugin
• TDManagementConsole feature removed in 11.1.0; ‘Log File Execution
History’, ‘Log File Execution History via SMTP’ and ‘TDE Event Log’ features
may be used instead
• Support for Nokia devices is discontinued as of TD 10.0.8
• ‘TD top menu in Russian’ feature is supported for 64-bit Windows OS only
• Import of WAV files is no longer supported after switching from 32b to 64b
application version
• Report output including scanner data may be populated for non-scanner
devices due to internal data sharing between devices; The workaround is to
deploy device based filtering for non-scanner device.
• TEMS Pocket log files not including IP trace data will generate false Service
setup failure event.
• SR00068616: Report cannot be generated completely if the template was last
saved in Report Template Builder:
The third-party component used by TEMS Discovery is not fully compatible with
*.xlsx files. Therefore, it is recommended that the user save a report template
with MS Excel.
• Attempt of resizing TEMS Discovery window during the import of GIS data may
cause the application to pause GIS data import.
• RAN Tuning Reports may show blank fields if the IEs defined in the reports are
not available from data sources.
• TEMS Pocket 14.0 and 14.1 logfiles including time based HTTP and FTP
service testing will not generate KPI events. File based HTTP and FTP service
testing are not impacted of this limitation
