Reversing Diabetic: Diet DND

1. Water Therapy
6 am : Do Water Therapy First Thing After Getting Up in the Morning.
– Salt under the tongue &
– Plenty of mineral water + lemon (if needs be)
– How much water?
– Body Weight x 30
– 50 x 30 = 1500 = 1.5 L water daily
– Mineral water / RX water but RO water.
– Don’t keep our body dehydrated.
2.Fruits for Breakfast
8 am : Breakfast: Take Fruits for breakfast.
– Minimum 3 types of fruits
– 3 – 4 types of fruits is recommended
– Grapefruits, apples, papaya, ciku etc.
– How much fruits?
– Body weight x 10
– 50 kg x 10 = 500 gm
– Don’t have to it all at once
– Can take in the fruits anytime between 8 – 11 am
3. Vegetable for Lunch
12 – 1 pm Lunch: Take Vegetables for Lunch.
– How much?
– Body weight x 5
– 50kg x 5 = 250 gm
– Kena pantang gula, susu, no meat
– Tak bermata tak berkaki (sotong n udang are out of question)
4. Dinner with grains
6 -7 pm Dinner: Bijirin boleh, tapi telur tolak tepi dulu.
– Kuah ikan, daging, kambing etc boleh makan tapi kuah saja.
– Ubi, bijirin, kacang – kecuali kacang tanah – no peanuts
– Pukul 8 malam tutup kedai
– No more food after 8 pm
– Minum air boleh
– Kekacang boleh
– Kena usaha nyah toksin jugak
Nota Tambahan:
– Usahakan puasa sunat Isnin & Khamis
– Wajib dapatkan cahaya matahari ½ jam setiap pagi/sehari
– Exercise ringan-ringan – HIIT – High Intensity Intensive Training everyday
– Tidur kena cukup 7 – 8 jam @10.30 pm up 5.30 am
– Jangan stress-stress
– RX30 – Chronic Diabetes need Set 3 DND
