Definition:
Surgical strike is a military action designed to devastate or destroy the specific target without damaging
the surrounding area such as building, peoples.
Mostly times air power used in surgical strikes. According to the military analyst professor Hassan askari
and sandeep Singh:
Surgical strikes are Use of air power in hostile or enemy terrority.

Introduction:
On 29 September 2016, a military conflict between india and Pakistan began. When Indian (DGMO)
