Kate's Place is an OPEN BAR, which has a clear business objective to promote
products and services. These products and services have been developed over 6
Months with a core focus on addressing the key customer problem and associated
opportunities.
Kate's Place has been created with a clear focus on the needs of our customers.
Through a structured customer discovery process, we have validated the key customer
problem as rude employees, bad products like fake drinks and even some rude
customers. This is a critical issue for our selected target market of generally all
who's old enough to drink.
Kate's Place is uniquely positioned to deliver value to generally all old enough to
drink. "Kate's Place will Provide a service that relaxes the minds of my customers,
a happy customer opens door for opportunities." In order to be deliver on this
value proposition, we I'm a great sales manager, so says my previous two employers,
so I already have some humble and loyal customers. This capability has taken
considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our
competitive advantage.
We have a number of competitors within the OPEN BAR market. We consider our key
competitors to be: All bars are targeting the same customers, only that as I wrote

understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value
proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with All bars are targeting

Over the next 6 months our focus will be to Appoint an experienced sales manager.
This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Create new
ideas, like comedy, karaoke, ladies nights. These strategies are a tactical
implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
