System Requirement

The system’s requirement can be broken down into; the hardware and software requirements.

Hardware Equipment

The application can be on a network ready system. Other minimum features required include.

i. Minimum Hard disk Size: 40GB

ii. Minimum of 512MB RAM

Software Requirement

The software needed for the system to be fully functional is:

i. Windows 7 or any upgraded version of operating system (OS)

ii. Sublime or any source code editor

iii. Bootstrap and PHP

iv. WAMP Server/XAMPP

Methods of Data Collection

The data that were collected in this research were secondary sources. Sources of data which

includes gathering information from textbooks, journals and magazines, materials from

internet, seminars, lectures and personal researches.
