CONTRACT VALIDITY PERIOD: FROM: 20 JUNE 2020 TO: 20 JUNE 2021

CONTRACT REFERENCE N°:

ALL/GRC/TIRES/BEY/TALEB/28102016/1 The Holding Establishment EST finance registration

number 62692, having its address at Quarters, Spears Street, Kantari, Beirut, Lebanon, hereafter
referred to as the “Contracting Authority”, represented by Mr Ibrahim, General Manager on one side
and

TALEB BROS & CO. CITY TIRES , a company organised under the laws of Lebanon under finance
registration number 2825899 having its address at AL MAHDI BLD., AUSTRALIA ST., EL JNAH BEIRUT and
represented for the purposes of this Contract by KHALIL , hereafter referred to as the “Supplier”, on
the other side,

WHEREAS the Contracting Authority has received a quotation/ bid for the provision of VEHICLE TIRES
by the Supplier and has accepted it for the supply of these goods/ service(s) hereinafter called “the
Contract Price”.

NOW THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH AS FOLLOWS: Contract extension:

1.1 Both the Contracting Authority and Supplier agree to amend the previous Framework
Agreement with the reference:
1.2 ALL/GRC/TIRES/BEY/TALEB/28102016/1 by extending the validity period to 20 JUNE 2020
1.3 All other Articles in the original agreement will remain unchanged.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties hereto, acting through their duly authorized representatives,
have executed this Agreement at the date shown above.
