1. Who is Albert Bandura? Albert Bandura is an influential social cognitive psychologist who
is perhaps best known for his social learning theory, the concept of self-efficacy, and his
famous Bobo doll experiments. He is a Professor Emeritus at Stanford University and is widely
regarded as one of the greatest living psychologists.

2. Why his views are called interactionist’ perspectives? Interactionism explains the
individual in a society and their interactions with others. And through that, it
can explain social order and change. And People change based on their
interactions with objects, events, ideas, and other people. And they assign
meaning to things in order to decide how to act.

3. What is Social Learning Theory (SLT)? Are you convinced that this theory is true?
Defend your answer by citing examples. ? The social learning theory of Bandura
emphasizes the importance of observing and modeling the behaviors, attitudes, and
emotional reactions of others or Social learning theory explains human behavior
in terms of continuous reciprocal interaction between cognitive, behavioral,
an environmental influences for example children and adults often exhibit
learning for things with which they have no direct experience. Even if you have
never swung a baseball bat in your life, you would probably know what to do if
someone handed you a bat and told you to try to hit a baseball. This is because you
have seen others perform this action either in person or on television.

5. What is Self-regulated learning? How can it be applied in distance learning wherein
the learners learn by themselves with little guidance from parents and teachers?
Self-regulated learning is an overarching term that addresses how students approach their
learning, work toward goals, and evaluate their performance.Teachers were also able to: learn
new tools to increase students' self-sufficiency and self-management in learning.
