How I plan to achieve my goals

The Air Force has answered calls as Santa and tracked Santa every Christmas Eve since

1955 (Stilwell par. 2). This is one of the many things the Air Force offers. The Air Force also

offers many other things, such as tuition assistance and opportunities to experience other places

around the world. I have to get through high school first. After high school, I plan to join the Air

Force while going to college; after completing basic training and advanced individual training, I

will be able to find an interesting career that will save me enough money to do more things I am

interested in and provide for a family while giving them a fulfilling life.

Straight out of high school, I plan to start working towards a successful career, hopefully

in the Air Force or in a math-heavy career. To start the journey, I need to go to basic training and

join the Air Force while going to college. While doing this, I will be going to help the Air Force

reserves one weekend a month and get paid for it. This will help me stay out of college debt

because the military pays for it, and I also have the A+ scholarship to help.

Once I get done with college, if I am enjoying the Air Force reserves, then I plan on

trying to further my career with them by choosing one of the many career opportunities given,

like flying drones, getting to ride or fly jets, getting to spot landmines, or maybe even disarming

a bomb. However, if I find a better career option or just an option that I believe that I would

enjoy more, then I will go to that one. At this time, I would also like to start saving money for
drag racing to have fun and maybe make some money on the side. At the same time, I want to

save for anything that I may need to pay for.

Closer to the end of my career, I’ll want to have a family and be able to give them a good

and fun life by taking them places and giving them a nice home to stay in. Once I have enough

money saved up, I plan to retire and just drag race in any way possible until I decide to stop

racing or once it gets too expensive. I’ll race a modified stock version of some vehicle, either in

mud or on concrete or possibly even both. When I’m not racing, I’ll also try to go on vacations

or camping trips and try to see as much of the world as possible.

Right after high school, I plan to join the Air Force reserves, but that requires me to go

through basic training first, so I’ll do that, and while in the reserves, I plan to go to college at the

same time to help myself find an interesting career that will allow me to save up enough money

to do more things I am interested in. When I’m in the Air Force, I may have the opportunity to

meet some new people and become pretty good friends with them. Although a job that surpasses

all of the great memories made and all of the job opportunities is getting to track Santa on

Christmas Eve.
